Cider Mill Strings Overview

Welcome to the 2026-2027 Strings program at Cider Mill!  Be sure to read through the information below for detailed information about the strings program.

 

Grade-Level Enrollment & Meetings

  • Returning Strings Students: Look for an invitational meeting during the first week of school to pick up an enrollment form to complete at home.

  • New 4th & 5th Grade Students: Attend the first-week invitational meeting to pick up your enrollment form and essential program details.

  • 3rd Grade Students: Mrs. Karlan will present instrument demonstrations (violin, viola, cello) during the first week. Interested students will receive a paper enrollment form to bring home.

 

2026–27 Weekly Schedule

  • Tuesdays: Continuing 5th Grade Students

  • Wednesdays: Continuing 4th Grade Students (Cannondale & Nod Hill houses)

  • Thursdays: Continuing 4th Grade Students (Belden Hill & Kent houses)

  • Fridays: First-Year 4th & 5th Grade Students

  • TBD (Tuesdays or Wednesdays): 3rd Grade Students
